William Chao, DMD
Dr. Chao was born and raised in Northern California. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his doctorate from the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. He completed advanced training through a General Practice Residency at the Northern California VA Healthcare System. Since completing his residency several years ago, he has been in private practice.
Dr. Chao believes that a trip to the dentist should never be a daunting experience. His goal is to make visits comfortable by providing empathetic and gentle care. He also places a strong emphasis on patient education, empowering patients to make informed decisions about their oral health.
Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Chao finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and son. Together, they enjoy exploring farmers' markets and visiting the fun museums that Sacramento has to offer.
