If you have questions about your insurance benefits or the cost of your treatment, our team is always happy to assist you.

We deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our valued patients. All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance.

We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $60 amount fee.

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. It's specifically designed to cover out-of-pocket medical and dental care expenses. CareCredit offers special financing plans not available with other credit card options, including no-interest payments within the promotional period payment plan or long-term financing.
